Concept

The design concept revolves around flexibility, utilizing steel structures for adaptable cabins. The layout remains undefined, accommodating continuous growth. Voids strategically incorporated serve as collaboration spaces. A central concrete structure, consistent across all floors, acts as a core, providing stability and cohesion to the dynamic and evolving workspace.
